Discover how the sound of crystal bowls streamline the therapeutic relaxation process when you join Arlington Yoga Center and the Arlington Museum of Art for an hour of deep relaxation and restoration in our Community Gallery.
This class will begin with a few basic breathing exercises, then an all-levels asana practice followed by an extended crystal bowl sound bath meditation to complete your experience. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring anything with you to create a comfortable meditation nest – pillows, essential oils, eye cover, blankets, etc.
For only $40 (an $80 value), your ticket includes an hour-long sound bath as well as admission to Pompeii: The Immortal City and One Point Five Degrees.
