Summer Art Camp at the New AMA

State of the Art Fun!

For decades, the Arlington Museum of Art has been inspiring young artists through our Summer Art Camp program.

In 2024, we can’t wait to welcome your child to our Summer Art Camp, which takes place our new home in the Arlington Entertainment District!

Inside our brand-new museum, your child will experience a Summer Art Camp program that develops creativity, skills, and confidence through hands-on learning and fun. Professional art educators teach campers techniques inspired by the greatest artists of all time. At the end of the week, campers get to exhibit their work in a gallery (just like a professional artist!), then take home their creations in their very own portfolio.

Outside the Lines

Reimagine the AMA

To reimagine what a museum can be, you only have to step outside the lines and into the Arlington Museum of Art, which opened in the Arlington Entertainment District on March 30, 2024. The new AMA blends traditional, immersive, interactive, and evolving art forms and programs in ways that inspire, entertain, engage, and reflect our community and our world.
