Your membership is active from the date of purchase, but it can take a few days to process. Membership start dates cannot be delayed.

Immediately after you become an AMA member:

• You will receive a confirmation email from us regarding your membership.
• Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your membership before you can download your free exhibition tickets through our website.
• In 7-10 days, your membership card and general information will arrive in the mail.
• If you have any questions, please call us at 817-275-4600 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or visit the Information Desk during museum hours.

Memberships are valid for 12 months from the month of purchase.

An AMA membership makes the perfect gift for all occasions! Simply select the level you’d like from the options provided, and enter the recipient’s information when prompted.

Memberships are not refundable or transferable. All benefits and prices are subject to change. Memberships and their benefits may not be refunded, resold, exchanged, or transferred.

AMA members always get first access to exhibition tickets before the general public. You’ll receive an email with your Etix password before the ticket release date. 

The number of free tickets available to you are based on your membership level. If your membership level includes more than one ticket, you can choose to claim all of your free tickets for entry on the same day at the same time, or you can choose to spread them out and visit on different dates. All ticket entry dates and times are available on a first come, first served basis.

With our timed ticketing system through Etix, you can reserve your free AMA member tickets for a specific date and time slot in advance. Timed ticketing not only allows us to offer your tickets in advance but prevents an overcrowded experience in our galleries.

A portion of your AMA membership is tax deductible. A copy of your tax acknowledgment letter is mailed to you after you join or renew your membership. If you ever need a replacement tax acknowledgement, just email info@arlingtonmuseum.org. Please include your name, mailing address, and date of payment.
