TRADITIONAL GALLERIES

Princess Diana: Accredited Access Exhibition

January 17 - April 6, 2025

Princess Diana was one of the most photographed people of her time. The Exhibition is a breathtaking visual experience that will bring guests closer to the princess than ever before, pairing vivid stories told by the Husseins with larger than life images and murals. Bespoke art installations from renowned multimedia artist, Pauline Loctin, have been developed exclusively for Accredited Access and are inspired by some of Diana’s most famous moments.

This photography and art exhibition will feature bespoke art installations and larger than life images that take guests on a stunning visual journey narrated by Diana’s longest-standing Royal Photographer

About the Photographers

The late, world famous Royal Photographers, Anwar Hussein and his two sons Samir and Zak, will share collections of their original images and the intimate, never-before-told stories behind them. The Husseins collectively spent four decades working side by side with the iconic Princess and her family and will reveal what they witnessed first-hand, both in public and private moments.

Traditional Gallery

In this large space divided into intimate galleries (perfect for viewing the art up close), the Arlington Museum of Art showcases a myriad of collections comprised of “traditional” art. We define traditional art forms are those that have been a long-standing part of a culture (such as painting, sculpture, textiles, photography, metalwork, etc.).

Immersive Galleries

In our four Immersive Galleries, we curate multisensory experiences that envelop viewers within the artwork itself. A unique blend of art and technology, the defining features of the immersive art installations we present are their originality, artistry, and meticulous design. Our Immersive Galleries total nearly 21,000 sq ft with walls 18 feet tall. That’s immersive!

HELP Center Gallery

Through an ambitious rotation of curated exhibits and related programs, the HELP Center for LGBTQ+ Health Gallery at the AMA provides a platform for emerging and established artists to showcase their unique perspectives and talents. Admission to the HELP Center Gallery is free, and its exhibition calendar is always changing.
