Discover how the sound of crystal bowls streamline the therapeutic relaxation process when you join Arlington Yoga Center and the Arlington Museum of Art for an hour of deep relaxation and restoration.
This class will begin with a few basic breathing exercises, then an all-levels asana practice followed by an extended crystal bowl sound bath meditation to complete your experience. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring anything with you to create a comfortable meditation nest – pillows, essential oils, eye cover, blankets, etc.
Your ticket includes an hour-long class plus the cost of admission to see the Uncrated exhibition after the class is over.
