Sound Bath at the AMA

Join Arlington Yoga Center and the Arlington Museum of Art for an hour of deep relaxation and restoration. Discover how the sound of crystal bowls streamline the therapeutic relaxation process.

This class will consist of a 45-minute crystal bowl sound bath and brief guided meditation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring anything with you to create a comfortable meditation nest – pillows, essential oils, eye cover, blankets, etc.

Your ticket includes an hour-long class plus the cost of admission to see our Summer 2022 exhibition after the class is over.

• Class is from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Doors open at 10:45 am.
• Free parking is available along W. Main St. as well as 101 Center parking garage adjacent to the Downtown Library
• Bring your own mat and any props you like to use.
• Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins, please.
