Join the Arlington Independent School District and the Arlington Museum of Art on August 3 from 5:30-8:30pm for our second annual Art Educators Night + Art Hop!
The event starts at the AISD Center for Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA), where you’ll view an exhibition of original works by Academy Award-winning Disney artist Eyvind Earle, plus dozens of original animation frames from the highly acclaimed animated film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988).
Next, you’ll be treated to a talk by Ioan Szasz with Eyvind Earle Publishing.
Following the lecture, hop on over to the Arlington Museum of Art to view our current exhibit, Disney Art from Private Collections! Andreas Deja, Disney Legend artist and the primary collector behind Collections, is the artist who animated the character Roger Rabbit.
