From the renowned collection of the Museo Stibbert in Florence, Italy, stunning examples of European arms fill our galleries. One hundred and thirty rare objects, including full suits of armor, mounted equestrian figures, helmets, swords, and other weaponry, tell the tale of the European knight from the Middle Ages and Renaissance through the medieval revival of the nineteenth century.
The exhibition explores the historical and functional contexts of arms and armor of this period while also highlighting the undeniable craftsmanship, beauty and artistic appeal.

From October 22, 2022 – February 12, 2023, the Arlington Museum of Art presents a collection of works by LJ Eidolon as a contemporary complement to A Knight’s Tale. Digital artist LJ Eidolon’s unique flavor of surrealism is born from the mixing of various time periods, including those represented in A Knight’s Tale, while also being a reflection of the present times we live in.
