With more than twenty years of experience in non-profit leadership, public relations and fundraising, Amber Zuckerman has joined the team at the Arlington Museum of Art as Vice President of Development and Community Investment.

“We’re so excited to welcome Amber to our team, particularly at this time in our organization’s history,” said Chris Hightower, President and CEO of the Arlington Museum of Art. “Through our commitment to bringing diverse and compelling art exhibitions to North Texas, as well as educational programming that serves the entire community, the Arlington Museum of Art is growing in prominence and positive impact. We’re thrilled to have Amber help us envision our next big steps.”

A self-proclaimed “professional dot connector,” Amber brings a wealth of knowledge to the Arlington Museum of Art’s leadership team, as well as a personal passion for building community in support of both the organizational mission and doing good in the world.

Before joining the AMA team, Amber served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Community Relations for the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation. There, she was a part of the organization’s successful effort to raise more than $150 million towards to overall campaign goal of $195 million. The groundbreaking for the National Medal of Honor Museum, which will be located in Arlington’s Entertainment District, was held earlier this year.
