Join Arlington Yoga Center and the Arlington Museum of Art for an hour of deep relaxation and restoration. Discover how the sound of crystal bowls streamline the therapeutic relaxation process.
This class will consist of a 45-minute crystal bowl sound bath and brief guided meditation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring anything with you to create a comfortable meditation nest – pillows, essential oils, eye cover, blankets, etc.
Your ticket includes an hour-long class plus the cost of admission to see A Knight’s Tale exhibition after the class is over.
