• Main Gallery area at street level
• Denker Gallery/reception area on street level
• Mezzanine with three gallery areas
• Rooftop Gallery/meeting room on the third floor
• Education Center in the basement. (two rooms)

• Ample parking available in nearby lots
• Capacity of up to 500 persons standing — 300 persons seated at tables
• Kitchen facilities for outside catered food service
• Bar area
• CD player and sound system with microphone
• Podium
• Flexible floor plan for a variety of events
• Handicapped access with ramps and elevator

Event Rental Rates:
Main Gallery Area — $2200,  $250 refundable deposit
Rooftop Gallery Area — $600, $100 refundable deposit
Amphitheater Area — $50 per hour, 2 hour minimum, $25 refundable deposit
Education Center (2 rooms basement) $25 per hour, 2 hour minimum,
$25 refundable deposite
